Finally, the time has come. We're back. Missing someone is an oppressive feeling. It's a heartbreak. But our hearts will open again.
And so will our doors! Until now, our hotels were only open to business travellers and people with urgent housing needs. Now FINALLY we are allowed to receive tourist guests again! In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have summarized all the important information for you here.
We take your safety and the safety of our employees seriously. We have therefore made some changes to ensure your and our employees' health.
- Clean rooms
Each of our rooms is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
- Public rooms
All our public spaces are cleaned, disinfected and ventilated several times a day.
In the public rooms, our WCs, at the reception and in front of the lifts we have set up disinfectant dispensers for you.
- Spit protection reception
Our receptions have been equipped with a spit guard.
Before your arrival your room will be completely cleaned and disinfected. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) your health and the health of our staff has the highest priority. For this reason, we want to keep contact with you as little as possible and therefore ask you to inform us in advance if you wish to have your room cleaned during your stay.
- Practice respiratory hygiene!
Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze and dispose of the used tissue immediately.
- Do not touch eyes, nose and mouth!
Hands can pick up viruses and transfer the virus to your face!
- Maintain social distancing!
Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and all other persons.
- Wash your hands frequently!
Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands with soap or clean them with a disinfectant.
- No Handshake!
We'll forego the handshake and pour you a Smile.
- Pay contactless!
We ask you to refrain from cash payments as far as possible and to pay contactless if possible.
- Wear a mouth and nose shield!
Please wear a mouth and nose protector in crowds. You don't have to wear one in your room.
